To prepare porchetta, our experts choose the best qualified pigs from selected farms, in full compliance with hygiene and health-care regulations. The pigs are delivered to our laboratories ready to be completely deboned and flavoured with all-natural ingredients, tied in order to keep their compactness, and cooked in specially constructed ovens.
